Here are some things you should know when you need to cancel your holiday rental reservation with Oazure.
The reservation of a stay in a villa becomes final and definitive once your deposit is credited to Oazure's account. In the event of subsequent cancellation, the customer will be liable for the following penalties (excluding any administrative costs) which will be due to Oazure:
In case of last minute cancellation, that is to say less than 31 days before the date of arrival, he will suffer the loss of 100% of the total price of the stay. And in case of cancellation of a reservation during the peak period from 15/12 to 15/01, that is to say less than 61 days before the date of arrival, the customer will bear a loss of 100% of the total price of the stay.
To be valid, a cancellation, regardless of when it occurs, must be confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
In addition, in the event that the client has to cancel his trip at the last minute, Oazure can offer the client to postpone his reservation of the villa.
In case of any cancellation made by Oazure due to events or circumstances jeopardizing the safety of persons and property, whether the characteristics of a force majeure event are met or not (social unrest, strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.), you will have the option to reschedule your booking, however if it is due to Covid-19, the company will refund you.
However, any change in the number of occupants incurs, if it is within the lower and upper limits of 2 people and that it does not justify a change of accommodation, to additional administrative costs which will be invoiced to the customer after the latter has paid the deposit relating to the additional persons.
