A Mauritian delegation of a dozen people including the representative of the Office of Tourism of Mauritius, hotel partners and tour operators, has visited the 21st edition of the most important Russian Tourism Show MITT, which was held from the 19th to 22nd of March.
The Moscow International Travel and Tourism (MITT) Show is considered one of the key events of the Russian tourism industry calendar. This fair attracts 3,000 participants from 185 different destinations.
It is the perfect opportunity to strengthen existing co operations with partners in the Russian tourism industry including tour operators , travel agents and airlines, among others.
Russian are upscale travelers with high purchasing power. With the aerial connection via Dubai , Mauritius remains an accessible destination for these tourists.
