This week, we would like you to discover the east coast of Mauritius.
The East of Mauritius is definitely the most diversified coast of the island. While the south-east offers impressive mountains, the North East coast mainly consists of open plains.
Along the coast line you will find many islands and islets: Ile aux Cerfs,Ile aux Aigrettes, Ilot Flamand etc. and beautiful sandy beaches such as Blue Bay, Belle Mare, and especially the beaches of Ile aux Cerfs Island.
The east of the island is rather wild and still undeveloped, and as it is exposed to the easterly winds, it is the ideal coast for all fans of water sports.
