Only a 90 min flight from Mauritius and a 30 min drive from the airport at Plaine Corail to Port Sud-Est, Bakwa Lodge offers 8 intimate guest bungalows, nestled under the filao trees, between the hills and the sea. One bedroom, 6 suites and 1 villa are available, all decorated in a traditional style of white-washed wood, offering simple, yet comfortable accommodation. The attentive service as well as beautifully prepared, local cuisine add to the feeling of tranquility and authenticity.

Bakwa Lodge offers 6 suites and a spacious beachfront villa for 8 persons. Scattered among the filao trees between the hills and the sea, the bungalows are harmoniously set up with simple, yet elegant furniture. The architecture is characterized by white-washed wood, louvers, natural furnishings, touches of ocean blue to accentuate, and screeded concrete floors.
