The two bedrooms of the apartment are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. Both bedrooms are seafacing and each has their bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a private a terrace equipped with deckchairs.

The Residence also offers a roof-top terrace with deckchairs and an infinity pool that gives the impression of jutting out into the sea.
