La Balise Marina offers 14 villas, from 450 m² 3-bedroom residences to 520 m² 5-bedroom villas, all equipped according to international standards and with a private swimming pool. The properties vary from 1175 m² to 3320 m² in size. The villas are located either on one of the waterways of the marina or on the river and dispose of their private mooring.
The privacy of the surrounding garden and the flow between the spacious, open interior and exterior living areas with their refined finishes are perfect for a modern lifestyle, condusive to entertaining family and friends.

Overlooking the calm waters of the channels, the 56 apartments of La Balise Marina are surrounded by lush vegetation, all the while benefiting from their ideal setting on the waterfront. The 2, 3 or 4 bedroom apartments range from 125 to 255 m² living area and are furnished in a modern Mauritian style, each disposing of big private terraces.
The 3-bedroom "Premium" apartments and the 4-bedroom apartments have private mooring for boats up to 7.5 m length.
The residence furthermore offers communal swimming pools in the gardens surrounding the apartments.

Located on the basin "La Balise" or the "Canal", the 73 duplexes of 2 or 3 bedrooms range from 175 m² to 220 m² living area.
The open spaces give the impression of being inside and outside at the same time. The duplexes each dispose of a private swimming pool and a pontoon.
The luxury apartments and villas at La Balise Marina all dispose of a kitchen, a dining room, air-conditioned bedrooms with queen/king size beds or 2 single beds, all with en-suite bathrooms, LCD flat screen TV, safe in the master bedroom.
