The Maison d'Eté is THE address on the East coast for delicious food, created by Chef Ravin Dhauro. The restaurant will quickly become your favourite address for feasts as well as snacks. Ravin's creations include fresh seafood as well as produce from the land, prepared either European style or with a Mauritian twist. The Sunday buffet is an absolute "must" and is very popular with hotel guests and residents alike.
