The villa is located on the middle part of the residence on an elevated site. A golf cart is available for guests for on-site transportation. Access to a beautiful beach on the turquoise lagoon at 200 m from the villa via a private pathway. Access to the restaurants, bars and spa of the neighbouring 5* hotel.

8 rooms, 5 thereof air-conditioned bedrooms (3 suites with en-suite bathrooms and a small children's room adjoining one of the suites, 1 small apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, as small living room with kitchenette), 4 bathrooms,1 guest toilet, open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room, big terrace with outdoor living and dining area, swimming pool.
