The magnificent villa L'Ilot is located on a small island 100 m from the shore, like a rare pearl dropped in the lagoon of Roches Noires. This villa is one of the jewels of our collection, benefitting without a doubt from the most exceptional site here in Mauritius. Placed on the sand and surrounded by water, villa L'lot is a large house of almost 300 m² facing northwest (north being the best exposure in the southern hemisphere), with its back to the prevailing winds and facing the sunset that you can admire from the various terraces and verandas surrounding the house. The use of natural materials and contemporary architecture gives villa L'Ilot a unique natural chic style.
The setting is magical. The sea surrounds the house, and a small staircase will take you to the "natural swimming pool" formed by the island of the villa and 2 small neighboring virgin islets, for unforgettable swimming. Further on, a small jetty gives you access to a deeper part of the lagoon for swimming and diving.
